Job Description

AMG Systems Ltd is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead growth across the North of England and Scotland—one of our key UK regions. The Role

This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for both growing existing relationships and winning new business across your territory.

You will manage a portfolio of 20–30 key partners, including integrators and distributors, while proactively identifying and onboarding new customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will support customers in designing robust and reliable network solutions using AMG technology.

The role is field-based, with regular travel across Northern England and Scotland, giving you the opportunity to build strong, long-term relationships and directly influence project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with integrators and distributors
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth within the region
  • Support customers in designing reliable industrial network solutions and conduct regular site visits.
  • Deliver partner training sessions and support events
  • Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and account management
  • Track record of winning new business and growing key accounts
  • Experience working with integrators, distributors, or multi-stakeholder organisations
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to develop and execute territory sales plans
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
  • A background in networking, IT, or the security industry is beneficial but not essential.
